How do I Claim my Listing or Create a New One?

We’ve created a bunch of tutorials to show you how to do things.

How to Claim an Existing Listing

To claim your listing you must register first.

Click on Login at the top right of this page and then REGISTER;

Enter your chosen username and email address
Select Claim Listing from the drop-down list
Click on Sign up!

You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen and an email from us which will enable you to set your password;

Click on the link in the email then change your password in the next screen (Step 7)

Log into your account

Find the listing you want to claim as yours by searching for the name, or by category
Scroll down past the address and click on the Claim Listing button

Click on Claim Listing on the pop-up screen

You will then see a confirmation message. An email will automatically be sent to us so we can confirm your right to claim this listing.

Once we have confirmed your ownership we will send you an email.
You can then log in and edit your listing.

How to Create a PREMIUM Listing

This tutorial is for an accommodation listing, but the process is the same for all premium listings.

Click on Login at the top right of this page and then REGISTER;

Enter your chosen username and email address
Select a premium listing from the drop-down list

Payment is by PayPal or credit/debit card. These are both available by using the PayPal option.

Enter the captcha code then click on Sign up!

If you want to pay by PayPal, enter your PayPal email address, click Next, then make the payment as usual.

If you want to pay by credit/debit card click on Pay with Debit or Credit Card then make the payment as usual.

Once your payment is made you will see a confirmation screen.

Check for an email from us which will contain a link so you can change your account password.

Click on the link in the email then change your password in the next screen (Step 8)

Log back into your account

Your admin screen will then be displayed where you can add your new listing

Either follow this link to create your listing, or email us and we’ll do it all for you at no extra charge.

Edit Your Listing Once it’s Been Created:

Click on Login at the top of the screen, then enter your email and password

Click on your profile picture, then click My Items

Click on the item name that you wish to edit, which will take you back to the edit screen

How to Upgrade Your Current Free Listing to a Premium One

Click on Login at the top of the screen, then enter your email and password

Click on your profile picture, then click My Items

Click on Profile

Scroll down to where it says Upgrade Account
Select the type of Premium account you wish to upgrade to
Click Upgrade Account
